As a young girl growing up in Greece I was always intrigued with the study of the mind, its connection to the soul and strongly believed in Plato’s quote:

Now, 20 years later, I am the one helping people. I proudly own a thriving private practice here in Toronto, helping clients worldwide. I cannot truly emphasize enough how hypnosis has served as a restorative and healing beacon of light not only for my clients, but also for me and loved ones. Believe it or not hypnosis is so natural that we go in and out of it every day.
The key to hypnosis is in developing a comfortable rapport with your client whereby when in hypnosis, they give you permission to get to the core cause of their problem and resolve the issue from it’s inception.
