Reiki is a system of subtle energy that involves laying on of the hands and instant healing techniques, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. Learn the traditions of Reiki including the theory, the chakra system, hand positions and systems that help you effectively apply Reiki to your current practice. The Reiki Level One Training will be a 1 day training.
